Defining company departments

At this stage, we add company departments that reflect the company's organizational structure. The list of company departments can be found in the “Admin / CRM / Departments” menu. The system stores the default names here. You can rename them or add new ones. To add a new item, press , enter the name and confirm with the “Send” button

  • The “Contacts” column in the record list view shows the number of contacts assigned to the department.
  • If at least one contact has been assigned, it is not possible to delete the department
  • The department may or may not be active. This property can be set when creating or editing a record.
  • When the department is active it will be displayed in other software modules.
