Depending on the user’s roles and permissions, the system can be opened in the web application using a mobile device, i.e., a phone or tablet. After logging into the system through the mobile application and entering the same data as in the web version, the user gains access to the system modules. The conveniences in the mobile version concern primarily recording changes using:

  • photos of delivery documents, orders, and invoices taken directly at the construction site,

  • scanning barcodes on equipment, which allows recording rental, pickup, or checking the current status (who is currently using the equipment, when it should be returned, and whether it is in service),

  • scanning warehouse materials, which allows quickly recording outflow without manually searching for system names - based on the barcode - and performing warehouse transfers. In the preview, you can check current requirements, sold quantities, and perform inventory. Thanks to the ability to upload delivery photos, purchases are also visible.

NOTE: Materials on the warehouse list do not have generated labels for scanning. When entering them on the list, enter the manufacturer’s barcode - from that moment, the system will identify all actions related to the given material.
